Remote evaluations are for military defense attorneys seeking to have an early risk assessment conducted with their clients for the purpose of pretrial negotiations and/or sentencing. Typically this involves sex offense cases (child pornography, online luring, contact sex offense) that are not going to be litigated (PTA is expected and mitigation in sentencing would be of help).
